**Complex Needs and Disabilities Support Worker**

Are you experienced working with people or children with complex, multiple, and profound disabilities? Are you able to support children with PMLD, SLD, or MLD needs, as well as Autism (ASC), and Speech and Language requirements? An excellent SEN school inStoke is looking for long term full time Teaching Assistants to work with their primary and secondary aged children.

**The Job**

Children are taught with intense personal support to help them develop their communication and cognition skills. You will provide learning support to pupils who need help to overcome barriers to learning, including moderate, severe, profound, and multiplelearning difficulties. Children may also need support with their behaviour, social, communication, sensory, or physical disabilities. You may be required to assist pupils with personal care needs, including changing, physical development programmes, and personalindependence skills.

**You'll Be**
- Experienced working with children with SLD, PMLD, or other SEN needs including Autism (ASC)
- Familiar with personal care, manual handling, and lifts for people with disabilities
- In possession of a childcare qualification
- Nurturing, enthusiastic, and confident
- Able to get stuck in
