**Compliance and Administrative Officer**

**Job purpose**
- To ensure that all Ardmac projects and supply chain across our UK network are fully compliant with vendor, subcontractor and employee regulations and standards.
- Responsible for onboarding trackers on all projects.
- This role will be based in the Manchester office, reporting to the Director of Risk & Compliance
- The role will require flexibility to travel regularly as required to Ardmac projects and locations across UK. 25% of time to be on site.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide support to H&S Team on the Inductions bookings for staff, visitors, supply chain to allow access onto Site through Client & Ardmac system.
- Provide support to Site Management Team setting up contractors on Client and Ardmac systems also on all the paperwork related.
- Provide support on the Deliveries booking through Client System.
- Provide support in tracking any qualification needed for labour and staff such as safe pass, CSCS cards, working at height etc.
- Provide efficient compliance administration and control with a high level of attention to detail for all employment-related documentation, id’s, visa requirements, residency permits, social security numbers, contracts, terms and conditions of employment and travel documents for supply chain.
- Checking all supply chains “right to work” in the UK.
- Propose improvements to all compliance related processes to ensure Ardmac supply chain are fully compliant.
- Have Ardmac sites and jurisdictions audit ready for all external authorities.
- First point of contact for compliance on Ardmac UK projects for staff and subcontractors.
- Provide documented findings on conformance and non-conformance to management and Compliance Manager.
- Ensure GDPR compliance with all documentation.
- On site Administration support when required.
- **Qualifications and Experience**
- Knowledge of the following would be an advantage:

- UK Employment Law.
- Social security and Visa requirements within UK
- A car and full driving license is essential.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Team Player.
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Powerpoint and an ability to adopt other IT systems.
