Due to expansion, we are looking for a Mediation Assistant to join our business. Here at Mediation First we are leaders within our field. We work in dispute resolution with divorcing or separated couples where our Family Mediators help them to find solutions for finances and children.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a growing and innovative business. You will join the other members of the Mediation Support Team, who are mostly based near to our head office in Exeter, to provide support to our team of specialist Mediators.

Your role will involve handling phone and website enquiries directly from clients and referrals from solicitors. You will be the first point of contact for new clients but will also handle enquiries from existing clients. You will also be required to offer general administrative support.

Previous experience of working within the legal sector, or a similar field, would be advantageous although not essential as training will be provided.

**Salary**: £23,500.00 per year
