Job description

A posting clerk is responsible for maintaining records related to a variety of functions, including posting transactions, adjusting trial balances and verifying the accuracy of documents. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work on projects independently while also collaborating with other team members.

**Responsibilities**:

- Open and sort the incoming mail.
- Analyse data to determine trends about applicant workload.
- Send letters of acknowledgement to applicants who have been selected for hire.
- Assist managers in developing recruitment strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Glasgow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
