**Location**:Apson House, Leeds (Office Based)

**Full Time**: 16 - 40 hrs per week

We are looking for a Trace Customer Advisor to join our innovative Operations Team in Leeds

As a Trace Customer Advisor you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, speaking to our customers in different financial positions, tailoring affordable repayment plans to help them on the road to financial recovery. The role involves managing a large volume of customer accounts on a daily basis. You will also be responsible for researching, identify, and finding customers using multiple intelligence sources.

Our First Locate Family is made up of approx. 250 people from North and West Yorkshire who provide excellent customer service to all our clients and extended customers. As our Trace Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for the following:

- Answer incoming calls and make outbound
- Management and resolve customer queries
- Provide information to customers
- Research, identify, and find customers using multiple intelligence sources
- Other duties as assigned
