No 1 PHD Limited is a fast paced and expanding business, with a first class reputation for customer service and excellent plumbing, heating and drainage services. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven person to join our team in Bournemouth, Dorset.

**Responsibilities**
- Answering inbound calls and placing appointments on to our booking system
- Converting enquiries to sales
- Re-arranging appointments with customers and technicians
- Liaising with Engineers

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent Telephone Manner
- PC Literate (MS Word and MS Excel primarily)
- Team Player
- Communication skills

**Benefits**

Basic Salary:£12.00 per hour with excellent bonuses to be earned
