**Duties and responsibilities**:
- Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details
- Receive and input supplier invoices promptly
- Monitor and control the day-to-day income and company expenditure.
- Provide a weekly report of all purchase ledger activities
- Running pay runs, raising ad hoc payments, and checking the pay runs
- Sending remittances to suppliers
- Requesting and reconciling supplier statements monthly
- Validating and processing expense claims
- Checking, coding, and processing Barclaycard statements
- Process and code cashbook and petty cash returns from the services.
- General Finance and administration duties as required
**Skills and experience required**:
- Experience working in an Accounts/ Purchase Ledger role
- Enthusiastic and positive nature
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience using Sage (Desirable)
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
