We are looking for a brilliant Head of Out of Home to join our Commercial team. We have a big vision - to be the most exciting and fastest growing snacks company - and we won’t get there without an exceptional sales team, getting our snacks in the hands of shoppers across the globe. As our Head of OOH, you’ll be on a mission to supercharge growth across several pivotal channels, unlocking the potential of our challenger brands and accelerating their growth across the UK.

**The Person**:
This person will be dynamic and results-driven commercial leader with a proven track record of delivering growth in the Out of Home space. The right person will be passionate about people and relationships with a black book of industry contacts and a deep understanding of the channel. This level of care for people should extend to internal relationships, where they will have had proven success building high performing teams and developing talent within sales. The right person will be energised by the idea of working in a fast-paced environment and will be agile enough to balance the needs of the business and OOH customer. Highly numerate, strategic and resourceful, we need someone who will bring both focus and energy to take this channel to the next level.

**The Role**:
As the Head of Out of Home, you will be responsible for developing and delivering strategies to grow our presence and drive sales in the OOH sector. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will leverage your expertise to build industry-leading partnerships with our customers, optimising our current relationships and identify new business opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Leadership**: Develop and implement a comprehensive Out of Home strategy to drive growth across Delivered Wholesale, Cash & Carry, Foodservice, QSR, Vending and Managed Impulse (convenience symbols, forecourts & high street)
**Business Developmen**t: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key partners and customers.
**Strategic Partnerships**: Establish and optimise powerful strategic partnerships with key customers and stakeholders, including wholesalers, and foodservice operators.
**Customer P&L + Forecasting**: Lead the team in the management of customer P&Ls and in forecasting of revenue and profit management
**Team**: Make the OOH team a place that people want to be. Lead and mentor a high-performing team and foster an ambitious and excited culture, where people go to grow.
**Be a Brand Ambassador**: Passionately represent Eat Real and PROPER at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.

**Requirements**:

- Min 8 years’ experience in a commercial leadership role, with particularly strong experience in the Out of Home sector - specifically Delivered Wholesale, Cash & Carry and Food Service.
- Experience building and developing teams
- Excellent Excel skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to get out and about: this role will be predominantly based out of our London office but given the geography of the channel’s key customers, will occasionally need travel for meetings in the UK.
