**Are you looking for night work Could you support adults with learning disabilities when they are wakeful during the night**

We are seeking a waking night support worker for a registered care service in Crownhill, supporting adults with learning disabilities and/ or autism.

We are looking for someone who can work 22:00 - 07:30 Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

**About the role**
As a waking night support worker, your role will involve conducting regular checks on the people who draw on our support to ensure they are comfortable and getting a good night's sleep ready for the next day. You will also take part in routines before bed for the individual’s such as reading or watching TV, as well as making light suppers or snacks and ensuring everyone is ready for bed. There will also be cleaning, ironing and administrative duties to complete while on shift.

You will need to administer medication and provide personal care throughout the night. We will provide you with full training and with day-to-day help and advice from your service manager and senior staff throughout.

**About the service**
In Crownhill, two adjoining houses support a total of 14 adults of mixed ages and genders with a variety of interests.

This position is lone working, however there are two waking night colleagues in the adjoining property should you require help or support.
