**Responsibilities**

Main responsibilities include (but not limited to):

- Reconciliation of customer payments and issuing of receipts
- Sending out monthly statements
- Credit control
- Bank reconciliations
- Sales reconciliations between our finance and job management systems
- Assisting with purchase ledger when required
- Day to day financial administration function

**Requirements**:
Essential:

- Previous experience working in a busy finance team
- Excellent IT skills and competent user of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Analytical mind with problem solving skills
- Organised and details orientated

Desirable:

- Xero certified or competent user
- Knowledge of SimPRO

Pay: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
