**Salary**: £20,900 - £22,990 (FTE) dependant on experience and skills

**Contract type**: Permanent, 22.5 - 37.5 hours, between the hours of 7am-6pm, Monday to Friday with 1 weekend shift in a 2-week rotation

**What is a Client Care Coordinator?**

You will be joining a team of over 150 colleagues that work together across our three contact centre sites to deliver an efficient and safe service to our clients. Whether you choose to work predominately from home or within our office you will never be alone as we have a fantastic support network in place so that we all feel connected. Please note that this is a phone-based role.

You will be provided with bespoke training, tailored to your role to equip you in assisting with safe and effective abortion and vasectomy care to our clients.

We operate a flexible hybrid model which means you can work from the comfort of your own home*. To provide the flexibility to our colleagues that we know is so important right now, you will be required to work at our Contact Centre based in Bristol, once a week.

Working as a Client Care Coordinator your role will be varied as you will interact with our clients over the telephone carrying out inbound, pre-booked appointment outbound calls and online chat. Previous experience of working within sexual and reproductive health is not a requisite of this role.
