**The Role**
The Rotations Planner is responsible for the overall planning of rotations for their designated area, ensuring all vessels are properly manned as per laid down resourcing levels, with appropriately qualified, experienced, and motivated staff. The role of the coordinator is to ensure all rotational queries are resolved in a professional, knowledgeable, and timely manner.
- Provide a professional rotations service to operational areas through building sustainable, strong business relationships with key stakeholders 4 x bullets (or less) of key responsibilities
- Maintain key relationships with CSSI, Resourcing and Onboarding team, UK based and other external 3rd Parties
- Accountable for managing utilisation and establishment resource levels for their area, ensuring relevant risks are escalated to the Rotations Team Leader
- Ensures that when making changes to rotations, the cost implications are measured against the need of the operation

Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK12 and is offered on a full-time 14 Month FTC basis, with at least two days based in our Southampton office.
