Our client is an established Executive Search firm based in London. They are looking for an analytical thinker to take on their Knowledge Management Coordinator role. This is the perfect opportunity to broaden your information collection and analysis experience while working alongside their Head of Operations.
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
In this role, you will take on a collaborative strategy to ensure the proper collection, management, and distribution of information and knowledge. You will need to use your initiative to ensure a well-organised strategy for knowledge management and data collection.
- Oversee the knowledge and information management strategy
- Ensure that a standard process of information management is followed across the company ie. Collection, storage, development and sharing
- Manage the effectiveness and efficiency data and information management of CRM / ATS
- Analyse and produce reports on market knowledge, trends, insights, and website traffic
- Carry out internal audits of systems and policies and implement the learning and development to ensure compliance in the future
**WHO YOU ARE**
This role requires someone who is organised, analytical, and an excellent communicator. Our client needs someone who will pay high attention to detail while staying focused on the bigger picture.
- Previous experience in knowledge management or a research/analytical role
- Experience in the recruitment industry and/or insurance industry is a bonus
- Proven experience in project managing
- Able to collect data, run reports and implement changes to see improvement
- Experience using Excel to run and display reports
