**Extract Cleaner and Supervisor**

£28,000 to £30,000

Duct cleaners Supervisor required

**Based in Scotland**

**Responsibilities**
- Cleaning of kitchen duct and extract systems to a high standard and to the satisfaction of the client, including planning and preparation of the work area by the Team Leader, and pre and post cleaning testing.
- Working to industry standards, using unique company methods and techniques. By using the training provided and experience gained, select the correct materials, tools and equipment to ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently.
- Must be able to follow RAMS and follow our companies H & S procedures and policies.
- Perform general duct work and kitchen extract cleaning tasks, including degreasing, sweeping, mopping, dust removal.
- Complete Post Clean Reports to a high standards to ensure compliance is maintained
- Installation of access door
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous duct and extract cleaning is a requirement.
- Ideally a full driving licence, but not essential.
- A good work ethic and attitude.

**Hours/Days of Work**
- Hours and days of work are variable but a minimum of 40 hours per week. Working from Sunday night to early Friday morning or Monday night to early Saturday morning, starting normally early evening from 8pm. Additional days of work may be available from time to time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00 per year
