Office Administrator

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our team in.
Working hours are a minimum of 9-2pm Monday to Friday or could be full time for the right person.
Hours are also flexible start/finish times for the right person.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Updating spreadsheets and databases
- Generating and sending quotations
- Creating and processing delivery notes
- Answering phone calls in a professional manner
- Handling shredding and scanning tasks
- Booking orders, preparing parcels for shipment, arranging courier collections
**Skills and Experience**:
- Prior administrative experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Adaptability and willingness to take on new tasks as required
