**Position**: Supply Teaching Assistant (Secondary)

**Working Hours**: 08:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Monday to Friday) (Pick which days you work)

Classroom Recruiters, a leading education recruitment agency, is seeking dynamic and passionate individuals to join our team as Supply Teaching Assistants. This exciting opportunity allows you to work on a day-to-day basis in a variety of local secondary schools in the Burton area.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- You will support class teachers in delivering engaging lessons, ensuring all students have the opportunity to learn effectively.
- Create a positive and nurturing learning environment where students feel valued and encouraged to participate.
- Work closely with students, either one-on-one or in small groups, providing additional assistance as needed.
- Assist in various classroom activities and daily routines to ensure the smooth operation of the learning environment.

**Requirements**:

- We are looking for individuals with a genuine passion for working with young adults and contributing to their development.
- Previous experience in support work, care, nursery, or school settings is highly desirable.
- You must be available to start work at 08:30 AM and finish at 3:30 PM, with flexibility for day-to-day assignments.
- Experience in a background related to support work, care, nursery, or school roles is preferred.
- While qualifications in teaching and support are a bonus, they are not mandatory.
