**Since then we have grown to work independently,managing boutique sites across London and other national cities. Our teams manage all areas of Front of House including Meet and Greet Reception, Meeting Room Management, Concierge Services, Switchboard, Helpdesk, Post Services, Pass Management and Porterage.**

**At many of our sites where we manage both Front of House and Catering as ‘OneTeam’ approach is very important to us and provides manybenefits not only to our Clients but also to our teams.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Issues passes and direct visitors to correct location
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Assist with administrative tasks
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

**Salary**: £26,500.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work authorisation:

- United Kingdom (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Birmingham (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Birmingham: Relocate before starting work (required)
