In this Junior Office Manager job, you will be joining a consultancy specialising in R&D tax credit claims. **ob description - Office Administrator**
In this exciting Office Manager role, you'll be responsible for managing the London Office, carrying out administrative duties and being the first point of contact for clients. You will be assisting with booking travel, onboarding employees, organising office events and maintaining the Marylebone office space.
**Key responsibilities - Office Administrator**
- In this Office Manager role, you will be:_
- Being the first point of contact with the workspace partners
- Answering the phone on reception
- Responsible for all day-to-day newsroom queries, such as room bookings, meeting room tech, arranging couriers etc
- Ensuring the office is fully stocked with necessary stationary and supplies
- Building rapport and developing strong working relationships with clients
- Managing sales administration
**Job requirements - Office Administrator**
- A minimum of 1-2 years experience in an Office Management or Operations role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong administrative skills and tech-savvy
- You must be very organised, with strong efficiency and a keen eye for detail
- Good Microsoft Office and Excel skills
