Architectural Technologist or Architect

Our client is a rapidly growing building consultancy and due to their continued expansion, they require an experienced architect or Senior Architectural Technologist to join the team. There is a strong pipeline of work predominantly in the residential, commercialand healthcare sectors where you could see yourself communicating with clients and contractors as well as generally helping with the delivery aspect of projects. You will be given a level of autonomy to complete the work including flexible working hours andthe opportunity spend some of the week working from home. At the moment due to Covid-19 this will be a fully remote role, but the assumption is in the future you will be working from the office as well, so it is essential you live a commutable distance fromthe office.
**Requirements**:
Either RIBA or CIAT Membership as appropriate.
5 years of experience with AutoCAD/ArchiCAD
Detailed knowledge of current building regs
