Our client a RIBA registered Chartered practice with a reputation for delivering successful projects in all market sectors is currently seeking an Architectural Technician / Technologist to be based in their Maidstone office. This role requires an individualwith a passion for Architecture and an eye for presentation to join the team, the company offer a friendly working atmosphere with projects becoming more diverse as the company grows.

This Architectural Technician / Technologist will be drawing detailed technical designs on a variety of exciting projects including; Residential, Industrial, Workplace, Education, Health & Community and Retail & Leisure. The successful individual will beworking closely alongside the Architects and other senior members of the team in delivering high quality designs, along with presenting ideas to the design team.

The requirements for this role will include an Architectural Technician / Technologist with around 5 years' professional experience within a similar role. The practice prides themselves on working in a fun working environment with an excellent work ethic,so this individual is going to need to be passionate and show a determination to well within this growing successful business. Software requirements include AutoCAD and Revit which the practice use day-to-day.

- Producing technical designs and presenting these to some of the senior members of the team
- Managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines

**Architectural Technician / TechnologistPosition Requirements**
- Living in or close to the Maidstone area
- Ability to demonstrate strong technical design skills
- Degree qualified
- Strong understanding of AutoCAD and Revit
- Ability to work under pressure
- Portfolio of drawings/samples of work

**Architectural Technician / TechnologistPosition Remuneration**
- Salary: £30k - £45k
