We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced assistant to join our dedicated Fleet department at our spacious office in Honiton in beautiful East Devon. We are offering a flexible working arrangement of between 27.5 and 40hrs per week, working Monday to Friday and covering at least the core hours of 0930 to 1500. Please note that this is a temporary position starting in March 2024 and finishing the end of January 2025.

In this role you will be a vital part of our small Fleet Department which is responsible for measuring and monitoring the compliance of our drivers and the vehicle fleet. Among your duties you will be supporting the Fleet Administrator by monitoring compliance with legislation and company policy by collecting data from a variety of sources such as vehicle telemetry, drivers’ tachograph uploads and drivers’ vehicle checks, collating the data into spreadsheets and producing meaningful management reports.
