**Client Care Advisor / Veterinary Receptionist**
**Full Time - 40 hours**

Opened in 2018 by our Joint Venture Partners Lorna Green RVN CertVNECC NCert(Anaesth) and Jennifer Laming RVN CertVNES Vets for Pets East Kilbride is a leading veterinary practice committed to delivering affordable, high-quality care with a focus on compassion and modern practices. Our well-equipped facility includes lab facilities (IDEXX Catalyst, Procyte, Snap Pro, UA analyser and the Sedivue), Digital x-ray, dental x-ray, ultrasound, multiparameter monitors and individual cat, dog and isolation/exotics wards. We take pride in our dedicated team and strive to create a supportive and collaborative work environment.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Focus is provide exceptional service to our clients & their pets.
- Act as the link between our clients and the clinical team.
- Booking Appointments, managing payments & cashing up at the end of the day.
- Greet every client offering support & guidance in a confident manner.
- Maintain reception area.
- Saturday shift on a 1 in 4 rota.

**About You**:

- Must be confident in a face paced environment whilst maintaining an exceptional level of customer service.
- Calm, courteous & attentive with a client focus.
- Enthusiastic with a drive to succeed in your role.
- Welcoming & friendly.
- Computer literate.
- You can deal with everything that is thrown at you with empathy, from comforting a client who has had some bad news about their pet or sharing in the joy of a new puppy’s first visit to the vet.
