Due to rapid growth within the business, we are currently recruiting for a Trainee Fibre Splicer to join our vibrant and dynamic team This will be a progression role, after 6 months of training and development you will then progress into a more senior role. You will be provided with all the tools you need to be able to do your job effectively, such as a work tablet, mobile phone, company vehicle and Fibre kit.
This is an exciting opportunity to play your part in the UK’s largest Infrastructure project - you’ll be helping to open superfast broadband up to the whole of the UK

**Duties of the Trainee Fibre Splicer**:
- Completing Splicing work (Building boxes as a trainee, completing splicing on site where required)
- Testing CBT’s both overhead and underground
- Assisting Project Supervisor where required
- Assisting with Cable Blowing

- First Aid

- IPAF-1b
**What we are looking for**:
- The ability to work under pressure and remain calm with a high attention to detail
- A great attitude and fantastic work ethic
- The desire to build a career and motivated to learn a new skill
- Previous experience working to tight deadlines maintaining an exceptional level of customer service
- Full UK Driving Licence is essential - A company vehicle will be provided when required
