**As a Sales Retail Assistant, we expect that you will**:

- Sell and market our diverse product inventory
- Maintaining and creating client relations on a day to day basis
- Devise strategies to open up opportunities in new markets
- Collaborate with leadership, team members, and suppliers
- Provide professional advice and guidance throughout the clients entire purchasing journey
- Be aware of competitors' strategies, pricing structures, and products offered through analysing current markets and predicting future trends
- Stay organized and on top of your duties by keeping meticulous records, from sales call agendas to expense summaries
- Operate IT systems such as Intact IQ, Microsoft Office package, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook

**As an individual in this role, you should demonstrate the following attributes**:

- A helpful demeanour towards customers and be acutely aware of their individual requirements
- An interest and understanding of interior design, lighting, and home decor would be advantageous
