**What you’ll be doing...**:
This is a key role in the International Bill to Cash team, providing control cover for the quote to bill end to end process, traffic processing and specific risk areas, with the aim of protecting revenue and cost streams and margin, plus detailed analysis and support for issue resolution and operational oversight for traffic processes.
- Managing a dedicated Revenue Assurance team based in Reading.
- Managing outsourced team members in India.
- Driving the Revenue Assurance programme of controls, investigations, issue resolutions and developments, covering quote to bill, switch to bill, account level and risk-based controls.
- Conducting regular reviews to identify and respond to new risks, develop new controls and to maximise the coverage and impact of the programme.
- Taking a key role in a review of global process covering Revenue Assurance and billing controls.
- Delivering positive change via Revenue Assurance transformation, targeting scope, coverage, tools, data, automation.
- Supporting technical review and testing for specific development and change activities, such as tax and traffic developments.
- Providing advice, reporting and data solutions to the Bill to Cash team, providing support using Revenue Assurance tools and knowledge.
- Working with stakeholders in the Bill to Cash team and elsewhere and partnering with GTS and Domestic colleagues to address issues identified that impact billing completeness, accuracy and timeliness.
- Partnering with B2C Managers to drive strategic priorities and organisational initiatives.
- Delivering SOX, Internal and External audit requests from the Revenue Assurance team.
- Maintaining compliance audit requirements for voice and VOIP services.

**What we’re looking for...**:
You’ll need to have:

- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
- Experience of working in an international Revenue Assurance or Billing environment with focus on controls, error identification and resolution.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

- People management skills and strong organisational and time management skills.
- Experience of quote-to-bill end-to-end processes, systems and associated controls.
- Data management and manipulation skills.
- Knowledge of SQL, database tools, report design and delivery.
- Ability to analyse technical and process issues and work with different teams on assessment of root cause and resolution.
- Ability to present complex issues and findings in an accessible way to different audiences.
- Experience of project management or working in project environments.
- Knowledge of process documentation and ability to map and improve flows.
- Experience of Verizon quote-to-bill end-to-end, Prime Biller and Current Platform.
- Experience of MS tools - Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint.

**Where you’ll be working**: In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
