Pod Talent are happy to be partnering with a premium beverage business with sales channels all over the world. We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to manage operational service levels and order management for the American customer base. Thisrole is based in West London, with a hybrid/flexible working model in place.

This role revolves around business-to-business customer service for high profile accounts. You'll be managing large volumes of orders and acting as an intermediary between the customer and the supply chain. You will also work with freight forwarders andensure customs regulations are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities

- B2B Customer Service relationship management
- Order management through JDE system
- Work with external 3PL/freight parties to ensure on time delivery
- Partner with internal supply chain and operations teams to meet consistent service targets

**Requirements**:
- Prior experience with business customer service, supply chain operations, or 3PL/freight forwarding
- Experience using JDE or another ERP system (eg. SAP/Oracle/Logility)
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and consistent volume of responsibility
- Problem solving competencies and capacity for finding solutions for customers
