The client is looking for a Junior and Senior Power Systems Engineer that can lead and deliver a range of projects in the Power Systems team. They will support the manufacturing process with component design and programming, bidding and winning work, aswell as supporting and training team members. They will be involved in writing and reviewing technical reports, making proposals, and maintaining client relationships. They will also need to lead on excellence in software packages such as DIgSILENT PowerFactory,PSS/E, ETAP, PSCAD, IPSA, and CDEGs.

The company are looking for someone who can hit the ground running but are willing to provide training for an ambitious and motivated individual.

The role:
*Lead and deliver a range of projects in the Power Systems team.
*Support the manufacturing process with component design and programming, bidding and winning work, as well as supporting and training team members.
*Writing and reviewing technical reports, making proposals, and maintaining client relationships.
*Lead on excellence in software packages such as DIgSILENT PowerFactory, PSS/E, ETAP, PSCAD, IPSA, and CDEGs.
*Communicating with customers, employees, and business partners confidently and controlling a smooth process of service.
*Maintain health and safety standards and continue to build upon the reputation of safety and quality in the business.

The person:
*Degree in an electrical engineering discipline.
*Experience with Power Systems analysis.
*Experience in all or some of the relevant software packages is essential
*Strong communication and client-facing skills.
