Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Asset Engineer to join our team at Scottish Power. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering district outputs, managing a small team, and ensuring network resilience is maintained.

About the Role

This is a fixed-term secondment opportunity that offers a competitive salary of £61,645 - £73,930 per year, plus an excellent benefits package and career progression opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver district outputs in line with financial, regulatory, and business plan objectives
  • Manage a small, multi-disciplined team and external service partners
  • Support and provide input to district strategic planning & budgeting processes
  • Lead the integration of Operational Excellence principles in all undertakings
Requirements
  • Engineering/Professional qualification or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in the delivery & project management of engineering projects
  • Experience & understanding of network design & operation, safety rules and operational policies & procedures
