**The next ITC course is due to start on the 17th April - you will be expected to complete National police vetting prior to starting the role.**

Are you interested in working within the criminal justice system? in a core role supporting the police with some of the most vulnerable people in society.

We are looking for people **who want to make a difference** working alongside the Police in custody suites, caring for detainees - From supporting them during the time spent in custody, completing forensic samples, working with other agencies to support and help with detainees rehabilitation.

Previous experience working within the police/security/armed forces would be beneficial. but we'll train you in full on an Initial Training Course even without previous experience.

**A little more about the role**

The custody suites can be an energetic place to work, with no two shifts the same. Whilst detained, we provide individuals with all their physical, mental healthcare and wellbeing needs. As well has escorting detainees, making recorded observations as per their individual plan, you'll work with colleagues and the Police to deal with any detainee that is a risk of harming themselves.

**What are the minimum requirements?**
