**Overall purpose of the role**:
Mitigating risks and maximising profits by ensuring credit issued by the company is paid in full and on time. Continuously looking for ways to make the debt collecting process more accessible, whilst supporting the wider team.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Provide support to Credit Control Manager
- Liaise with internal colleagues to resolve queries
- Collection of debt on ledger value of c.£1m

This list is not exclusive and may change based on client and business operations.

**Key Skills & Attributes**
- Personable, assertive, tenacious, results driven
- Ideally to have excel skills to include vlookups
- Sage experience preferred
- Problem solving and decision making
- Professional and positive approach
- Self motivated
- Self organised
- Strong in building relationships and able to communicate at all levels
- Team player, and able to work on own initiative

Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year

- credit control: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence and own transport (preferred)
