Security Reception Desk - Customer Service Advisor - Manchester City Centre

Job Details
- 30 hours per week - varying shifts Sunday through to Saturday (Rota will be supplied and overtime is available)
- £10.90 per hour
- Uniform Supplied
- 28 days holidays per annum (including Bank holidays)
- Full training given
- SIA Licence required

Position Overview
- Staffing the reception desk in a high profile store located in Manchester city centre.
- Be the first point of contact for general enquiries and all persons wishing to enter the building.
- Greeting visitors, identifying the reason for their visit and communicating their arrival to relevant persons.
- Monitor and control access of all visitors and staff and ensure relevant identification is seen prior to point of entry.
- Prevent unauthorised entry through the validation of permission, reason, or clearance.
- Maintain a daily log detailing relevant information from each shift.
- Liaise with the Building Manager/Senior Advisors as required for the purposes of building management and safety of personnel.

In addition, the following is required;
- Excellent organisational skills, with exceptional customer service skills.
- A strong team player and able to use own initiative.
- A credible verbal and written communicator with the ability to develop close working relationships.
