Our UK based company is looking to recruit an experienced Help Desk Operator.

We are a Manchester-based company looking for a hardworking individual to provide front desk IT support to our business team.

Full Job Description

The individual has to work as part of a team to provide front desk IT support, and guidance to ensure that the IT infrastructure is properly maintained and projects are implemented successfully.

Work closely with customers.

Essential Requirements

  • Work closely with project managers to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs
  • Provide IT support & guidance to end users and system owners
  • Regular management and backups of IT systems to ensure the system is working without any bugs.
  • Develop & maintain system documentation
  • Work with software development team to resolve software operational issues, testing and IT system administration.
  • Provide 1st line IT support to company users. Support on the development, testing and launching of new product or service.
  • Handling current business procedures and identify areas for improvements.
  • System Upgrade and monitor cloud servers, hardware and cyber security applications to safeguard users data
  • Prepare a report log on daily occurring queries to the development team
  • Monitoring data quality, performing statistical analysis of data
Desirable Requirements

  • Strong knowledge about SQL data and Excel skills
  • 3⁄4 years' experience as a help desk

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A level or equivalent (Required)

Business Systems Analyst: 3-4 years (Required)

What do we offer?

Salary £38,000 to £40,000:
Dependent on Experience and ability

Hours:
Full Time- Permanent – 37.5 hours per week plus opportunities for paid
overtime. With opportunity for flexi-time structure.
Annual leave starts at 21 days plus bank holidays
