PMT is a leading partner for many of the best-known musical instrument brands, including Fender, Gibson, Yamaha, Roland and many more. In total the company ranges over 20,000 SKUs from 160 suppliers, giving its customers an unprecedented level of choice. In addition, the company has a growing range of own-brand products, which deliver significant margin growth opportunities.

The Online Merchandiser role at PMT has been identified as a key role to ensure the continued growth of multi-channel. The main focus of the role is to assist with the creation of new products and also to establish PMT in marketplaces; eBay, Amazon & Reverb.

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**
- Write up new product copy to a high standard.
- Aide in the merchandising of products on the website.
- Review of category, brand and product sales to see what changes need to be made.
- Helping to constantly tweak the rules and set up of our search and merch platform.
- Assist with the category page builds and maintenance.
- Build out our presence on marketplaces and become the go-to person for anything marketplace merchandising related.
- Seek to identify performance gaps and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Daily and weekly site reviews to ensure products are in the right categories, all have images, the correct price, description etc.

**Key Skills & Experience**
- Experience within a similar role or industry knowledge is required.
- Knowledge of Marketplaces is preferable but not essential.
- Good working knowledge of Excel.
- Knowledge of Magento 2 is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge within the Musical Equipment industry is preferred but not essential.
