The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for fashion, strong analytical skills, and a passion for e-commerce.
**Product Management:** Oversee the online product lifecycle, including product selection, listing, categorization, and removal. Sales Analysis:** Monitor and analyze sales performance, website traffic, and customer behavior. Use data to inform merchandising decisions and optimize product placement.
- **Inventory Management:** Collaborate with the buying and inventory teams to ensure product availability. Promotion and Pricing:** Develop and implement pricing strategies, promotions, and markdowns to maximize sales and profitability. Website Optimization:** Ensure the website is user-friendly and optimized for search engines. Regularly update site content, banners, and landing pages to reflect current promotions and trends.
- **Reporting:** Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in online retail merchandising, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and web analytics tools (e.g., Creative mindset with a keen eye for fashion and trends.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and online marketing strategies is a plus.
