The Role:

- Ideally competent in the use of the financial system Zero, however training will be given
- Alternatively competent in the use of buying office systems
- Answering calls and dealing with any queries, requests or complaints
- Dealing with mailboxes and ensuring responses are dealt with in agreed timescales
- Inputting information onto various spreadsheets
- Uploading documents to relevant folders
- Associated administration tasks, as required
- Strong administrative experience
- Self-motivated and team orientated
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate
- Excellent attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
