**Overview**
2fawcett are recruiting for a Facilities and Office Manager for an Automotive business in Derby. As Facilities and Office Manager you will be responsible for the Office/Building management in both Derby & London and support for other facilities within the UK.You will also be managing a small team of 3 people. This role will be Hybrid, working 2 days at home, 2 days in their Derby HQ and 1 day at their London offices.
**The Role & Responsibilities of the Facilities and Office Manager**:
- The Management of company contracts
- The management of the building & site Maintenance
- Building Security
- Health & Safety within the business - working closely with the HSQE Manager
- Insurance documents
- Department budget and cost control
- Management of company assets
- Authorisation of invoices
- Authorisation of approvals
- Companywide project management
- Companywide events
- Corporate social responsibility
- Secretarial Support for senior management (top management, company secretary, branch manager)
- Managing a small team of 3 people based in (2 x Derby, 1 x London)
- Appraisals of department members
**Desired skills for the Facilities and Office Manager**:
- 2-3 years Facilities Management / Office Management experience - Essential
- Line Management experience - Essential
- Budget Management experience - Essential
- Excellent communication skills - Essential
- PC Literate (Microsoft Outlook, Office & Word) - Essential
