Working as part of a newly formed Quality Improvement Team, the QI Facilitator will play a vital role in helping HC-One embed a culture of continuous improvement.By supporting, coaching, and empowering teams to deliver quality improvement in their own roles,teams, and departments, and will help further develop our quality system and enhance the quality of the services we provide for our residents, relatives, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
The QI Facilitator will have responsibility for 4 key areas of work:

- Supporting Quality Improvement within HC-One,
- Delivering improvement training,
- Supporting and coaching improvement projects,
- Collating information and producing reports on the status of individual QI projects and on the status of QI training within HC-One.

**This role will involve regular travel across the UK.**

You will have previous experience in a similar quality improvement role, have knowledge of Quality Improvement (QI) tools, techniques and methodologies and have experience of training and coaching teams/colleagues in the use of improvement methods.
Enthusiastic, curious, and innovative, with a collaborative working style, you will be passionate about the highest possible standards of resident outcomes and experience. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will enthuse and lead individuals andteams to deploy QI methodology into everyday improvement practice projects and help to sustainably embed QI within the organisation.
You will be able to evidence your ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and in facilitating projects in health or social care settings, using improvement methodology to solve problems.You will be able toprocess complex information, have excellent analytical skills, including data analysis, problem solving, option/solution development and appraisal. HC-One offers professional residential, nursing and specialist dementia care for older people.
