**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Copywriting**:Craft persuasive and engaging product descriptions for our diverse range of products, ensuring alignment with brand voice and values. Develop creative copy for marketing materials, including advertisements, banners, and promotional content.
- **Fashion styling**:Collaborate with the marketing team to curate and select outfits that showcase our products in a visually appealing and fashion-forward manner. Stay updated on industry trends and translate them into creative outfit ideas for photo shoots and marketing initiatives.
- **Photography collaboration**: Work closely with photographers to plan and execute visually stunning photo shoots that align with our brand aesthetics. Provide creative direction and input during photo shoots to ensure the desired visual narrative is achieved.
- **Social media management**:Take ownership of written content for social media platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging. Develop and implement a content calendar to maintain a regular posting schedule, utilising copy that resonates with our target audience.
**Requirements**:
- **Product knowledge**:Ideally familiar with vintage, heritage clothing and Japanese selvedge denim, with a passion for the cultural significance of menswear fashion. A knowledge of antiques would also be an asset.
- **Social media strategy**:Develop and implement a social media strategy to achieve specific business objectives, such as brand awareness, lead generation, or customer engagement whilst staying informed about industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously optimise the social media strategy.
- **Effective communicator**:Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate seamlessly with photographers and other team members.
- **Writing skills**:Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for grammar, punctuation, and style. With the ability to adapt writing style to suit different audiences, brands, and platforms.
- **Attention to detail**:Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in written content.
- **Deadline management**:The ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. With proven time management skills to deliver projects on schedule without compromising on quality.
- **Adaptability**:Ability to adapt to changes in project scope, feedback, and priorities.
- **Continuous learner**:Enthusiastic about staying abreast of industry trends and embracing ongoing learning.
