Site Manager - Construction - Negotiable Salary

Operating throughout East Anglia for almost 30 years, they work on a variety of projects ranging from commercial, new build offices, industrial units and residential developments
**Your new role**
Due to upcoming projects they are now looking for a Site Manager working on their residential developments.
These projects typically are low volume but very high specification with projects ranging around £1m-£2m in value.
As Site Manager you will be reporting into the Contracts Manager and Construction Director on the development, being responsible for the construction of the development, including all associated pre and post housebuilding works, ensuring that targets are metregarding health and safety, delivery to build programme, quality, customer care, and cost.
**What you'll need to succeed**
Previous experience working on residential developments is essential.
CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
