**Main role responsibilities include**:
Responsible for timely and accurate packing & despatch of finished goods in line with customer demand.
- Packing and Shipping.
- Ensure quality of product and packing is to the highest standard as per customer specifications, inclusive of visual checks, production traveller checks and other checks as determined by the process
- Audit shipments by spot checking packing and documents
- Ensure 100% on-time transactional activity to formally despatch goods in SAP systems
- Liaise with external approved UTC transport to optimise delivery schedule and route planning in an economic and efficient way.
- Create and manage outbound manifest sheets for proof of collection
- Manage monthly finished goods cycle counts in line with the cycle count process and enter associated results into SAP
