**Job description**
If you are interested in understanding how businesses operate, what risks they face and how decisions are made, then Governance, Risk and Compliance Services (GRCS) is for you. Joining us means you'll develop and refine your specialist business and accounting skills by improving our clients' governance, risk management and control environment.
Our clients rely on us to provide valuable insight and commercial recommendations that will support them in achieving their business objectives by conducting in-depth analysis and assessments of data and business processes. It's the way we make a positive and meaningful difference for them. Our services incorporate: Internal Audit and Risk Assurance, and Governance, Risk and Compliance.
**Governance, Risk and Compliance**:Robust governance is critical to businesses in a changing environment, and as the landscape evolves, new risks and compliance requirements emerge. We help organisations in areas such as: governance and risk services, internal controls transformation and internal controls compliance services.
On our 3-year GRCS Graduate Programme, you'll have the KPMG community by your side, supporting you to develop and thrive with us. Through work with clients across a variety of sectors, and structured training, you'll build your commercial and financial awareness, as well as the skills you need to build the career you want.
At KPMG, you'll find that work is no longer a place we go, it's a contribution we make. Our people have always worked flexibly - so this way of working isn't new for us. We're creating a tech-driven business to empower and equip our people to be outstanding in delivery, no matter where they work - through inspiring collaboration spaces and new technologies. In your role, you'll work flexibly across your location region - at engagement sites, our offices and home.
Join us, and be empowered to do work that makes a positive difference to the businesses and communities we serve, as you grow and make your mark.

We want to empower you to grow in your own way, to feed your curiosity and embrace a growth mindset in an environment where learning is continuous. Therefore, we have created a rich curriculum and learning community to help you build your skills and fulfil your potential. This ranges from an immersive 5-day induction experience to help you transition to the world of work, formal training courses, leadership knowledge bites, learning journals, online courses and networking events - all aligned to our 'learn for a lifetime' strategy designed to help you gain an advantage for life.
