**Job Title: Learning Support Assistant

**Year Group: Year 6

**Location: Camden

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide academic and emotional support to Year 6 students
- Assist in implementing individual learning plans
- Collaborate with class teacher to create effective learning strategies
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a Learning Support Assistant, preferably in Year 6
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with children and supporting their learning
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection protocols
