Our Homes business serves communities by providing trusted housing management solutions. We take a collaborative and commercially minded, yet socially principled approach across our portfolio of Affordable, Private Rented and Leasehold properties.
**The Role - Lettings Coordinator**
To support the business in achieving set targets on contracts to ensure properties are let within a timely manner and within contracultural timescales. Ensuring compliance and legal requirements are met. This role offers a hybrid working pattern.
**Duties/Key Responsibilities**
- Answering incoming calls from all customer base
- Contacting nominated tenants
- Qualifying applicants
- Arranging and scheduling viewings
- Creating tenancy on CRM system
- Completing reference checks and or partnering with income team to complete affordability checks
- Arranging check in/check out appointments
- Raising tenancy agreements
- Finalising start of tenancy
- Completing utility notifications
- Processing end of tenancy
- Completing change of tenancy process
- Liaising with various councils and advising of property availability
- Arranging viewings and signups
- Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Raising lease agreements for landlords
- Processing Landlord lease renewals
- Complying data required for reporting and business KPIs
- Supporting Property Managers when required

- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent IT Skills
- Strong numeric and analytical skills with the ability to operate and efficiently and within tight deadlines
- Ability to communicate in oral and written information concisely, logically and effectively to all parties
- Good time management skills
- Good knowledge of IT
- Positive can-do attitude and able to adapt to a diverse client base
Desired
- Worked within accommodation or customer service business
