Expenses Processor

We are looking for an **Expenses Processor & Fleet Administrator** to join our busy finance team at head office based in the heart of Salisbury.

At Five Rivers Child Care, your role will be varied; this new role will be a dedicated Expenses Processor & Fleet Administrator for the team. Reporting in to our management accountant you will be responsible for not only the checking, processing and payment of our staff expenses, petty cash payments and reconciliation of these accounts. This role also includes our Fleet Administration, focussing on our fleet portals, hiring and returning lease vehicles supporting with insurance claims and payments of fines.

Working at head office you have the flexibility of working in the office for five days per week, or take advantage of our flexible hybrid working with two days in the office and three days working remotely from home.

This is a full-time role of 37 hours per week, 9am -5pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 9am - 4.0pm on Fridays.

For this role we will need you to have the following:

- Knowledge of Sage financials is preferable.
- 5 GCSEs or equivalent with a grade C or above in Maths and English.
- IT literate - with a sound knowledge of excel.
- Good Analytical Skills.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative when needed.
- Ability to look for improvements in methods
