**About the Job**

As Stock Team Leader at Unipart your role will maintain and improve all aspects of stock control. You will have responsibility to drive the business to operational excellence by using good auditable processes, SOX compliance and stock management skills; manage a stock controllers, ensuring all agreed SLA & KPI’s are consistently achieved. Drive for continuous improvement within the site; continuously drive to reduce shrinkage by process improvement, and monitoring of results.

As part of your key responsibilities you’ll:

- Manage the stock team deliverables
- Organise the priorities including Stock Takes / PI and investigations
- Implement change where required to support the KPI
- Control the stock loss / gain position reporting
- Support and ensure auditable business processes are adopted to support SI and SOX compliance
- Support Unipart Way training
- Implement / support new business or disengagements
- Space utilisation management

**About You**
- Extensive Stock experience essential
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
- Quality audit experience and SOX compliance requirements
- Excellent data analysis skills supporting with excellent IT skills with ability to interrogate data and analyse findings
- Process knowledge and understanding
- Tenacious and dedicated to achieving performance targets on a daily basis
- Practical and proactive approach to problem solving with the ability to operate under pressure in a fast moving environment
- Proven planning skills coupled with the ability to adapt to changes in requirements with mínimal notice
- Thorough practical understanding of Continuous Improvement philosophies
- Ability to deliver robust and sustainable process improvement solutions
- Practical understanding of warehouse processes and practices
