As a Children's Activity Leader, you are responsible for:

- Providing excellent customer service ensuring a quality and friendly service, in a clean and safe environment.
- Organising and delivering children's activities in a safe environment
- Be empowered to resolve guest complaints speedily and with empathy and to the satisfaction of the guest
- Have a good knowledge of all products and services on the park, identify and upsell encourage secondary spend

Qualifications and Experience:

- No qualifications needed
- Be friendly and personable with total focus on the guests and their safety

**Job Types**: Full-time & Part-time Contract available

**Salary**: £NMW per hour
