Page Personnel are looking for a**fully remote Office Manager** to work for an exciting business within the luxury watch industry who belong to a well-established, successful company who are looking to expand their business even further
**Client Details**
Our client are owned by a highly successful businessman who owns well-established companies within the property and luxury watch industry. His recent project has turned over 3 million pounds this year and is continuing it's huge success and rapidly growing.
**Description**
**The key duties and responsibilities will include**:
- Providing professional administration support across the organisation
- Creating invoices
- Place purchase orders
- Creating and producing reports
- Data inputting i.e registering watches with serial numbers
- Chasing up documentation from customers and clients
- In charge of an inbox and responding to queries in a timely manner
- Liaising with third parties and being the first point of contact
- Updating the website and social media with information and content
- Collecting, updating and uploading compliance checks
- Working closely with the CEO with projects/ administration
- Managing a small team of staff
- Generation administration as and when required to ensure smooth running of the business.
**Profile**
**To be considered for this role, you will be/have**:
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work to own initiative
- Proficient with MS Excel, Word and Outlook
- High attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
