**PMO - Project Management Officer**

Context

The Atlas program aims to modernize, standardize and rationalize its existing server infrastructure and services for all Group entities. This involves moving the infrastructure from the legacy Core IT and Private IaaS platforms to align with AXA's cloud first strategy of:
1) Migration to Public cloud SaaS solutions as preferred target

2) Leverage managed public cloud (MPI) as secondary target

3) If on premise footprint required in an AXA data center then use the next generation architecture of the POD (Point of Delivery) solution

The aim of all these migrations is to be seamless, smooth and with no impact on quality of service. This needs to be achieved by the end of 2023 for Private IaaS and 2025 for Core IT.

Services Description (main tasks to be performed)

The initiative to migrate existing assets to the strategic target is a major challenge that needs to be closely monitored and secured. Therefore, the main objectives of the position are:

- Be the point of contact for the ATLAS, POD and MEDC exit programs for all requests relating to Workplace products
- Act as the point of contact for Workplace product teams for enquiries related to delivery of required POD's and features
- Provide required support to the tech co-ordinator (deputise when required)
- Raise alerts, blockers and escalations when necessary to appropriate stakeholders
- Track and monitor the delivery of POD features required by Workplace products
- Organise and prepare governance meetings, materials and record minutes/actions. Track and follow up on these minutes/actions.
- Ensure appropriate governance procedures are being followed
- Orchestrate and monitor Atlas Initiative reporting
- Build relationships with all stakeholders

Deliverables
- Track and report on progress
- Risks & Issues reporting
- Maintain and update Workplace SharePoint site dedicated to Atlas and POD
- Ensure training materials and other supporting documentation are available to Workplace teams
- Produce Workplace Atlas dashboard monthly update
- Submit relevant approval forms to Atlas project
- Support Workplace team in raising POD build requests. Validate and track these requests
- Track and maintain list of Workplace Assets for Atlas and MEDC exit programs
- Track and monitor progress of projects related to Atlas and MEDC exit
- Ensure targets of Private IaaS and Core IT exits are secured on time
- Manage and update Atlas planning list and respond to queries on it from Atlas team
- Ensure the SBC/VDI planning file is updated by relevant teams

- At least a first successful experience in project management in IT operations or IT consulting focusing on Workplace
- Excellent inter-personal skills and Team-player
- Results-oriented and self-motivated
- Rigorous and organized
- Ability to interact with technical experts and with process owners
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience with workplace infrastructure solutions
- Able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision
- Manage and prioritize tasks and time efficiently. Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of ITIL disciplines
