We are looking for a Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join our supportive and talented team at Winterstoke Hundred Academy. We are a diverse multi-academy trust, looking for professional and ambitious people, with a passion for transforming our students’ learning.  

Winterstoke Hundred have two sites in the Weston area and this role, based on reception, could be based at either depending on staffing needs.

**What we are looking for**: 

Under the direction of senior staff, the Receptionist/Administration Assistant will provide reception and general administrative support to the academy.  They will be expected to undertake administrative tasks such as reception duties, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail and visitor hospitality as well as some targeted admin support for specific areas such as attendance, work experience etc. At all times, the post holder will be expected to work collaboratively with relevant colleagues to fulfil the requirements of the role and contribute positively to the effective running of the administration function within the academy.

In September 2024, we will have students in all year groups, being oversubscribed in Years 7 to 10. Year 11 who were our first cohort of learners are a slightly smaller cohort and we have a thriving sixth form with students in Years 12 and 13. The development of the new building, which opened in 2024, saw us nearing capacity as a split-site, medium-scale 11-19 Academy. We celebrate the fact that, as a new provision, our culture, ethos and values have been ours to define from the beginning, and we are able to decide what is important to take with us into the future as we grow.
