As a Kitchen team member you will work closely with the Head Chef and General Manager to ensure that the bar and restaurant runs smoothly. The main purpose of this role is to ensure the kitchen is kept clean, operational and that all of the crockery, cookware and utensils are washed, dried and stored correctly. You will also be trained to carry out food preparations and some simple cooking processes too.

There's always a chance for progression so if you're willing to learn we can teach you

Given the importance of health and safety, you must maintain high standards of hygiene and ensure that that you abide by all company health and safety procedures and guidelines.

Hospitality experience is not essential.
